SPR# MSER64DQBK - This fix provides more information on the error message when the client and server clock are not in sync - the user will see a message box that indicates they have no connection to the server, and may neither send nor receive mail. Additionally, the secondary message about the server's certificate expiring has been fixed and limited to one occurrence.
